CIMEX Refinances Three Prague Office Properties with Raiffeisenbank

CIMEX Group has secured a refinancing from Raiffeisenbank of three fully leased Prague office properties: Vysehrad Garden and Vista House in the Pankrac business district, and Garden Eleven at Kubanske namesti. JSK advised Raiffeisenbank on the refinancing (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on September 12, 2025).

CIMEX Group is one of the largest private real estate investors in the Czech Republic, with a portfolio spanning hotels, office buildings, residential assets, and the St. Gabriel Monastery.

According to JSK, Vysehrad Garden comprises approximately 3,900 square meters of offices, Vista House offers about 7,500 square meters across five floors, and Garden Eleven adds nearly 10,000 square meters, bringing the refinanced portfolio to more than 20,000 square meters of office space.
