7R Names Three Regional Heads in the Czech Republic and Poland

Commercial real estate developer 7R has announced Dariusz Proniewicz has joined the company as Head of Region for Central-South Poland while Filip Piekarski was promoted to Head of North-Western Region.  At the same time, Jiri Duchon was appointed to lead 7R’s operations in the Czech Republic.

According to the company, “to optimize operations and client service delivery, 7R has established dedicated Regional Heads who will oversee all company operations in their respective markets, including business development, leasing, project preparation, and management.”

The Regional Heads will work in close coordination with Damian Kolata, who has assumed the new strategic role of Head of Commercial across Poland and Czech Republic. Damian will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with 7R clients, ensuring leasing operations excellence, and standardizing commercial practices across markets. He will focus on portfolio-level opportunities and cross-regional synergies, enabling commercial strategy alignment with brand positioning.

“This is an exciting evolution for 7R. As our markets have matured and grown, it became clear that a dedicated regional focus would unlock significantly better outcomes for our clients,” commented 7R CIO and interim Chief Development Officer Magdalena Uler-Kleczek. “Having Damian’s commercial expertise working alongside Dariusz and Filip’s deep regional knowledge creates a powerful combination. We’re now positioned to respond faster to market opportunities and deliver more targeted solutions than ever before.”
