Magdalena Uler-Kleczek Appointed to 7R Management Board

Commercial real estate developer 7R has appointed Magdalena Uler-Kleczek to its Management Board.

Uler-Kleczek is currently the company’s Chief Investment Officer and interim Chief Development Officer, having joined the company in early 2023. In her new role on the Management Board, Magda will focus on shaping the company’s strategic direction, providing crucial input to ensure 7R’s continued growth and success.

According to the company, during her tenure, she has structured joint venture agreements that have secured over EUR 100 million in capital from business partners. “Her leadership in the Capital Markets department has led to several high-profile transactions, including the sale of a warehouse portfolio to the Investika fund for EUR 150 million, 7R Wrocław West II to EQT, and the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biala project to Accolade and Conseq Investment Management.”

Uler-Kleczek has 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, including roles at JLL and Colliers. 

“Magda is a recognized expert in our industry,” commented 7R Supervisory Board Member Petri Valkama. “Her adeptness in this dynamic sector and ability to meet the demands of investment funds make her an invaluable asset.
