Baltic real estate company Entrum has launched a EUR 15 million bond-issue program, which saw its first tranche raise EUR 2.5 million from investors.
Signet Bank was the issue organizer.
Entrum facilitates investments in rental real estate by streamlining transactions for investors across Europe. Rental properties are offered on the Mintos investment platform, through which investors can make passive investments, which the Sorainen law firm, which advised Entrum on the issuance, described as “a simple and accessible way to invest and generate regular income from rental real estate, without needing to buy property.”
According to Sorainen, the funds raised in its initial private offering will be used to expand its rental residential property portfolio across Latvia and the broader Baltic region.
