Panattoni Secures Additional Financing from Santander Bank Polska for Development of Panattoni Park Poznan XIV

Panattoni has secured further financing from Santander Bank Polska for the development of Panattoni Park Poznan XIV. The EUR 22 million loan will enable the second and third stages of the park – a modern BTS facility and a 28,000-square-meter speculative hall — to be completed.

“Greater Poland is a strategic market for Panattoni – we have already completed over 1.9 million square meters here, supporting the development of both global and local companies,” explained Emilia Taczewska-Trojanska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni.
“Thanks to further financing from Santander Bank Polska, we can respond even more effectively to tenant demand by providing them with modern, tailor-made facilities in an excellent location with excellent transport links. Panattoni Park Poznan XIV is an example of an investment that combines advanced logistics, high ESG standards and functionality for many industries.”

Panattoni Park Poznań XIV is located in Gluchowo, near Poznan, six kilometers from the Poznan Zachod junction, where the S5 and S11 expressways intersect with the A2 motorway.

Ultimately, the complex of three buildings will reach 63,000 square meters of modern space. The first stage — a 14,000-square-meter hall that will be leased by Gasa Group and Markat Plus — is currently nearing completion. Panattoni says that the entire investment will be certified by BREEAM at the high Excellent level, and that the environmental solutions used will reduce energy and water consumption.
