YIT Slovakia and RSJ Investments Joint Venture Obtains Financing for Zwirn 2 Development in Bratislava

YIT Zwirn 2 – a joint venture between YIT Slovakia and RSJ Investments – has obtained a syndicated loan exceeding EUR 100 million for the financing of Zwirn 2 real estate development in Bratislava from a club of banks that includes Tatra Banka, Ceskoslovenska Obchodna Banka, and Slovenska Sporitelna.

The Zwirn 2 project is a major residential development in Slovakia’s capital that will offer over 870 residential units, as well as an office building with nearly 10,000 square meters of commercial space. It follows on the already completed Zwirn 1 and Zwirn 3 blocks.

The Dentons law firm advised YIT Zwirn 2 on the financing, with the A&O Shearman team advising the lenders.
