WiredScore Announces New Industrial Certification Program in Poland

WiredScore, a global certifier of digital connectivity and smart technology in real estate, has launched a industrial and logistics certification in Poland, which it describes as addressing an increasing demand from occupiers for connected, future-proofed warehouse environments.

WiredScore, which has been Active in European market since 2015, reports that it has certified 50 million square meters of commercial and residential real estate.

According to WiredScore, its research shorts that: 80 percent of Polish industrial and logistics occupiers say high-quality digital infrastructure is essential to operations; 93 percent expect high-speed fibre internet as standard; 87 percent cite operational efficiency as the top reason for adopting new technologies; adoption of AI, sensors, and IoT by Polish industrial and logistics occupiers is projected to exceed 74 percent within five years.

mBank Set To Relocate Wroclaw Corporate Branch to Infinity Office Building

According to Avestus, the bank will occupy nearly 1,300 square meters on the fourth floor of the building. In addition to corporate banking, the new location will also house a private banking branch as well as mLeasing.
