Panattoni Sells Two Warsaw-Area Logistics Parks to Octane Capital Partners and Peakside Capital Advisors

Panattoni has finalized the sale of the City Logistics Warsaw V and Panattoni Park Janki IV logistics parks to Octane Capital Partners and Peakside Capital Advisors.

“This dual-asset transaction underlines the attractiveness of well-located and fully commercialized properties,” said Michal Stanislawski, Co-Head of Capital Markets at Panattoni. “The acquisition of both City Logistics Warsaw V and Panattoni Park Janki IV by the JV between Octane and Peakside confirms that demand for quality industrial space in strategic locations remains high.”

Institutional investors are seeking resilient and future-proof assets,” Stanislawski continued. “And Panattoni delivers just that.”

City Logistics Warsaw V is a modern urban logistics park located within the administrative boundaries of Warsaw. The project was developed in line with the City Logistics concept, targeting last-mile delivery, urban logistics, and light production needs. The facility is fully leased and features sustainable solutions, holding a BREEAM environmental certification.

Panattoni Park Janki IV, situated just southwest of Warsaw, is fully leased to tenants from the retail and logistics sectors.
