Maxima Extends Lease at Big Vilnius

Grocery retailer UAB Maxima LT has extended its lease at the Big Vilnius shopping center.

The agreement covers approximately 3,880 square meters of retail space and runs for a period of 15 years. As a result, reports lessor Deka Immobilien, which acquired Big Vilnius in 2007, “Maxima, Lithuania’s largest retail company, remains one of the center’s key anchor tenants – a strong vote of confidence in the location’s high footfall and well-balanced tenant mix.”

Big Vilnius, which opened in 2006, has a total area of around 28,000 square meters and hosts over 80 stores, in addition to more than 500 above-and-underground parking spaces, relaxation zones, a children’s play area, a modernized reading lounge, and a parent-child room.
