Planktonas Acquires Zalgirio Verslo Centras Office Complex in Vilnius

Developer Planktonas has acquired the Zalgirio Verslo Centras office complex in the center of Vilnius.

Zalgirio Verslo Centra consists of two buildings: an 8-story office building built in 1988 and renovated in 2004, and a 6-story office building built in 2004. Combined, the two buildings offer more than 5000 square meters, and include underground parking lots. The business center currently has over 80 tenants.

Planktonas is managed by Mindaugas Vingras, who announced plans to substantially renovate and adapt the complex to the needs of modern business. “A new city business center has been actively being created in this part of the capital for several years now – a community is coming together, and infrastructure important to it is being developed,” Vingras said. “Zalgirio Street is becoming a natural extension of the central district of Vilnius. Therefore, we see a market need for modern spaces adapted to the needs of contemporary business. We also acquired the buildings in order to further expand our managed portfolio of commercial real estate for rent.”
