Resi4Rent Acquired and Develops Brnenska Street Property in Poznan

Resi4Rent has acquired a plot of land on Brnenska Street in Poznan.

Resi4Rent is a subscription-based apartment-rental provider in Poland. According to the Linklaters law firm, which advised Resi4Rent on the deal, “following the acquisition, the site was developed into a flex-living complex, enhancing the city’s private rental sector with 411 units.”

Poznan Brnenska is the platform’s second project in Poznan, and it represented the fourth project launched by the Resi4Rent platform in 2024. The addition expands Resi4Rent’s Poznan portfolio to 571 units, representing approximately one-third of the city’s total PRS market.
