EfTEN Capital Provides Financing for Horizontai Project in Vilnius

EfTEN Capital has provided EUR 7.5 million in financing for Releven for the latter’s development of the Horizontai project in Vilnius.

According to the Fort Legal law firm, which advised EfTEN Capital on the deal, “this multifunctional project, implemented by Releven, will enrich the business district of the capital with modern residential buildings, offices, and retail spaces.”

The Motieka law firm advised Releven on the deal.
