Romania’s Duman Clinic has acquired 100% of La Stejari SRL, which owns and operates a hotel in Pianu de Jos, in Alba County, Romania, from sellers Dorin Mateiu and Ioan Strajan.
According to the Stratulat Albulescu law firm, which advised Duman Clini on the deal, “the transaction value was EUR 1,060,000, and under its new structure, the company will establish a therapeutic community for rehabilitation (the ENLA center) at the location.”
Duman Clinic specializes in facial and body maintenance procedures and therapies for treating hair conditions.
The hotel previously provided accommodation for guests of the Paul Tomita Golf Club, the first private golf club in Romania, which is located in the same area.
