Romania’s Danilescu Hulub & Partners has announced that it helped its client, Feper, sell of the landmark Hotel Orizont near the Predeal, Romania, ski resort, to Hotel New Montana — a member of the Alexandrion Group — for over EUR 10 million.
The 4-star hotel has 139 air-conditioned rooms. It is located 8.7 kilometers from Bran Castle — commonly known outside Romania as “Dracula’s Castle” — and 23.2 kilometers from the Poiana Brasov Ski Resort.
According to Danilescu Hulub & Partners, the transaction remains subject to customary conditions precedent, including FDI screening.
