Panattoni Completes BTS Development in Poland for Trilux

Panattoni has completed a 23,000-square-meter BTS development in Swidnik, Poland, for German professional lighting company Trilux — the company’s first manufacturing facility in Poland.

According to Panattoni, “Trilux [made] the decision to build a factory in Swidnik so that it could meet the rising demand for energy-efficient and environmentally friendly LED lighting solutions. The factory – which is capable of manufacturing up to a million light fittings annually – will not only increase the company’s production capacity, but will also shorten its supply chains and provide better service to TRILUX customers in the region.”

“For us, working with Trilux is a great honor and proves that we are the first-choice partner for international industry leaders,” said Marek Forynski, BTS Managing Director at Panattoni. “Poland has become a key industrial hub and our BTS projects provide the ideal solution for companies looking for high quality manufacturing space that will enable them to grow their businesses and innovate.”

“This is a quintessential BTS project with complicated site preparation, construction work completed in barely seven months, the production hall tailored to the needs of an advanced manufacturing process, and office space of the highest standard similar to the latest office buildings built in Warsaw,” explained Maciej Zawada, BTS Development Director at Panattoni.

Panattoni reports that the office space at the Trilux factory was designed to provide comfortable, modern working conditions. “Spanning more than 3,000 square meters,” the company reports, “it includes offices, conference rooms, rest areas, and focus rooms that allow for creativity and small group work. The entire area has been fitted out with comfortable furniture, Trilux’s intelligent human centric lighting, and a color scheme to improve productivity as well as workers’ sense of well-being. Additionally, a stylish canteen provides a place for relaxation and social interaction.”
