The Budizol Hotel Group has sold the Holiday Inn Bydgoszcz to Qubus Hotel.
The Holiday Inn Bydgoszcz is a riverside hotel in the Bydgoszcz city center, close to the city’s Old Market Square and atmospheric Mill Island. It offers 134 guest rooms, an open lobby, a conference room, and a bar.
The Qubus Hotel chain has been operating in Poland since 1996, developing and operating three- and four-star hotels for business and individual tourists in 12 Polish cities.
The SSW Pragmatic Solutions law firm advised the Budizol Hotel Group on the deal.
