B10 Building in Wroclaw Obtains LEED Platinum Certification

Vastint Poland is reporting that its B10 office building on Bolkowska Street in Wroclaw has been awarded the LEED v4 Platinum certification, making it the third building in Poland to receive that distinction.

According to Vastint Poland, “with a score of 89 points, B10 currently holds the highest LEED v4 rating in the country.”

“Achieving LEED Platinum certification underscores our commitment to sustainable development implementation of top-quality technological solutions in our buildings,” said Vastint Poland Senior Manager David Pettersson. “B10 will also be certified under the WELL system, further demonstrating our dedication to creating a comfortable and healthy work environment.”

The B10 is a six-story office building with a “H”-shaped modular design and concrete façade, and over 14,000 square meters of modern office space. The ground floor, which was designed by Turnerbates Design & Architecture, functions as a reception area as well as a space for meetings and work. The building also features a two-story garage with 340 parking spaces and facilities for cyclists. it is part of the Business Garden Wroclaw office complex.
