According to 7R, “7R City Flex are strategically located city logistics facilities that offer modular warehouse space and modern offices, providing efficiency of last mile operations and easy access to city centers and key roads.” The company describes City Flex Poznan East I as a “state-of-the-art” facility, and reports that it will be a “modern warehouse of 9,800 square meters, located in the Franowo district of Poznan, just 3.5 km from the A2 motorway near the Krzesiny junction.”

The company reports that 77 percent of the building’s space has already been leased, to, among others, “a company providing logistics solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, [which] has leased 1.2 thousand square meters to be used as a local warehouse.” According to 7R, “another tenant will occupy 5.9 thousand square meters for a temperature-controlled urban warehouse.” Two 1,100-square-meter modules remain available for lease.

Construction is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025.

The DLP Duch, Lisicki & Partners law firm is advising 7R on the matter.
