Bimal Acquires Real Estate in Brcko District

CEE Legal Matters has reported that the Bimal Group has acquired a real estate plot via a special arrangement with the Government of the Brcko District in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where the group is based.

The Bimal Group is a processor of oilseeds and edible oils, within Bosnia & Herzegovina and the surrounding West Balkan region. Its operations include processing, production, trading, storing, and business-park services. The group’s production capacity is 250,000 metric tons of products, and 130,000 metric tons of refined oils, and it reports consolidated revenues of over EUR 150 million per year.

According to the Ibrahimovic & Co law firm, which advised Bimal in the acquisition, the company “plans to invest more than BAM 5 million in the construction of a highly automated oilseed meal warehouse” on the newly acquired plot.
