Akcent Development Gets New Tenant in Eminescu Offices

In November 2021, Cushman & Wakefield Echinox announced that Eminescu Offices in Bucharest, which the firm is managing, completed its tenant mix by attracting a recovery clinic called Empatio Bucuresti.

Eminescu Offices is a boutique building developed by Akcent Development in Bucharest’s Eminescu area, with a leasable area of 7,000 square meters distributed on the ground floor and seven above-ground floors.

“The location, the quality of the construction, and also the amenities on offer are all key elements which attract tenants in any office building, and Eminescu Offices benefits from all these competitive advantages,” explained Akcent Development CEO Laurentiu Afrasine. “We continue to close new partnerships for the office spaces that we own, an aspect which is gratifying and which also creates the conditions for an increased demand in this market segment.”
