Impact Developer & Contractor: 95% of Bucharest Residents Changed their Lifestyle During the Pandemic

On October 15, 2021, Impact Developer & Contractor announced that a study they had commissioned concluded that 95% of Bucharest residents have changed their lifestyle and perspectives on housing quality during the pandemic.

According to the company, the study was conducted on 619 Bucharest residents, divided into inhabitants of various neighborhoods and Greenfield Baneasa residents, the district developed by Impact Developer & Contractor in the north of the capital.

One of the key conclusions presented by Impact Developer & Contractor was that 9 out of 10 Bucharest residents would have wanted a larger home for a higher level of comfort, preferably a house or an apartment with a private garden. In addition, 47% of the participants in the study who do not live in Greenfield Baneasa would have opted to live in a residential area near a forest in order to benefit from green spaces and fresh air.

The company also noted that in the coming two years about 3 out of 10 Bucharest inhabitants intend to move into a new home. Green space and a larger surface area are the main criteria.

The full study is available on Impact Developer & Contractor’s website.
