Vastint Lithuania Ready to Welcome Tenants in Business Garden Vilnius

On October 12, 2021, Vastint Lithuania announced that the first stage of Business Garden Vilnius had been completed and tenants are starting to move in.

According to the company, the first stage includes two office buildings which are now fully finished and fitted. As of today, more than one-third of the 42,000 square meters of office and retail space has been leased.

“The biggest tenant — Ignitis Grupe, which has leased over 10,000 square meters in the business park, is moving in,” said Vastint Lithuania Managing Director Kestutis Vedeckis. “They soon will be joined by Amber Grid with about 1,100 square meters. And just recently the US IT company Rocket Software has opened their new office of 900 square meters at the business park.”

Vedeckis also explained that the entire concept of Business Garden Vilnius focuses on a sense of community and wellbeing. “Basketball, football, volleyball, and beach tennis courts, sports and fitness centre, pedestrian and cycling paths have been erected at the business park. A bit later, mountaineering centre and tennis courts will be built,” said Vedeckis.

Vastint Lithuania also informed that further expansion of the business park is in sight, after obtaining the necessary documentation. The overall site has a surface of 6,2 hectares and the company plans to build a large parking lot complex and two more office buildings of 10,000 and 15,000 square meters within a period of 12-16 months.
