Avison Young Assists Echo Investment in Selling Moje Miejsce I

On October 8, 2021, Avison Young announced that it had represented Echo Investment in selling the office building Moje Miejsce I in Warsaw.

According to Avison Young, the transaction value amounted to EUR 47.3 million. The office building is part of the Moje Miejsce project, a multifunctional urban quarter that combines two office buildings, apartments, service outlets as well as a public space. It offers nearly 19,000 square meters of leasable space and its tenants include Havas Group, Mastercard, Hebe, Corteva, and CitySpace, among others.
