On October 7, 2021, CEE-focused Real Estate Investment Manager Adventum has appointed Savills as the property manager for its newly acquired Marynarska Point I.
Marynarska Point I, located at 15B Postepu Street in Warsaw’s Mokotow district, comprises a total of 13,270 square meters of office space and retail units on the ground floor. The tenants of the building include Generali.
Savills has been the property manager for the building since mid-2019 and will continue in this role for the new owner.
“We had an opportunity to act as the property manager for the building when the redevelopment of Marynarska Street was still underway,” commented Savills Poland Head of Office Property Management Wioletta Nowotnik. “We are pleased to continue in this capacity also now when tenants are able to use the improved transport infrastructure in the vicinity and to fully enjoy the advantages of this prime location.”
