7R Sells Two Industrial Parks in Poland to CBRE

On October 5, 2021, 7R announced that it had sold 7R Park Poznan East and 7R Park Sosnowiec to CBRE Investment Management.

The two parks have a combined surface of 44,844 square meters, were developed in 2019 by 7R in a joint venture partnership, and are fully let to a mix of ten tenants.

“This off-market transaction was a rare opportunity to acquire an institutional quality logistics portfolio in Poland, providing access to two increasingly attractive Polish submarkets,” explained CBRE Investment Management Transaction Manager CEE Wojciech Szymaniuk. “Poland’s ongoing strong economic growth is set to create a heightened demand for well-located and high-quality logistics space in the years ahead, as the logistics sector continues to prove its resilience across a number of our core jurisdictions.”

Additionally, 7R Chief Capital Markets Officer Lukasz Jachna declared that they were “proud of finalizing the sale of these two assets. 7R Park Poznan East and 7R Park Sosnowiec are modern eco warehouses with excellent locations.”
