HB Reavis’ Nivy Mall Welcomes 330,000 Visitors in Its First Week in Slovakia

On October 8, 2021, HB Reavis announced the opening of its mixed-use Nivy Mall commercial space in Bratislava.

According to the company, the project covers 130,000 square meters of GLA space and includes a shopping mall, an international bus terminal, a fresh produce market, and a public walkable green rooftop, in addition to the tallest office building in Slovakia. It launched on September 30, 2021, and thus far welcomed nearly 330,000 visitors. HB Reavis expects a daily footfall of around 55,0000 people.

The mall is part of Nivy zone, a 23-hectare district built on a former (brownfield) area neighboring Bratislava’s Old Town.
