Colliers Expands its Office Team in Poland

On September 29, 2021, Colliers Office Agency in Poland announced the additions of Jakub Bartoszek as Director of Flexible Strategy Advisory, and Robert Romanowski as Senior Associate.

According to the company, Bartoszek has over 15 years of experience on the real estate market that includes, among others, holding the position of a Member of the Management Board in Business Link, owned by the Skanska group. He undertook postgraduate studies at the Cracow University of Economics and completed a variety of programs, including at Said Business School, University of Oxford.

Romanowski has developed his experience in this area at Brookfield Partners for over five years, where most recently he served as a Senior Client Advisor and Team Leader.

“The first half of 2021 showed that the situation in the office market accelerated again after earlier decline in tenant activity related to the pandemic,” commented Colliers Director of Office Agency & Senior Partner Pawel Skalba. “This is the result of clarified expectations on the part of companies on the issues of changing the way they work, the functioning of offices, and the demand for office space. However, we notice changes in the tenants’ needs, so to respond to them, we are taking new development directions, going beyond the real estate market, making our services even more comprehensive. Jakub and Robert, with their extensive and diverse experience, will provide invaluable support to Colliers’ clients.”
