On July 27, 2021, real estate developer HAGAG Development Europe has announced it received a construction authorization for the H Eliade 9 Residence residential project in Bucharest.
According to the company, construction work on the EUR 16 million project is due to commence in August with 35% of the units already being sold.
The project is in the Primaverii area of Bucharest and will spread over 2,200 square metres. Once finalized, it will consist of 35 apartments of two, three, or four rooms with surface areas ranging between 90 and 220 square metres, as well as 62 underground parking spots.
