Conseq Realitni Sells A7 Office Center in Prague

The Conseq Realitni investment fund has sold the A7 Office Center, a former brewery in Prague’s Holesovice district, to an unidentified buyer.

According to the Reals law firm, which advised Conseq on the deal, the A7 Office Center is an administrative and business complex offering both office and commercial spaces across four separate buildings, with a total floor area of 15,150 square meters and 197 parking spaces.

Conseq Realitni bought the A7 Office Center in Prague from Revetas — which itself had purchased it in 2015 — at the end of January, 2019. A brewery operated on the site from 1896 until 1998, and by 2008 it had been converted into its current form.
