Paulina Petynka Joins Yareal Polska

Paulina has accepted a position as Leasing Director at Yareal Polska, where she will be responsible for developing leasing strategies for office and retail spaces in Yareal Polska’s portfolio, including in particular the LIXA campus and the SOHO by Yareal mixed-use complex.

“I am happy to welcome Paulina as the new Leasing Director at Yareal Polska,” said Yareal Polska CEO Jacek Zengteler. “She will be involved in increasing the value of our projects by shaping lease strategies and developing attractive offerings of commercial space, which will respond to the needs of each tenant. I am confident that her expertise, excellent knowledge of the local market and the expectations of tenants and clients will translate into successful commercialization of selected developments and strengthen the tenant mix of our buildings. What is more, all her assets will contribute to the development of our offering in the commercial real property segment.”

Paulina Petynka has over 20 years of professional experience in advisory, managerial, and real-property-development roles in Polish and international companies. Prior to joining Yareal Polska, Petynka spent seven years as Associate Director, Landlord Representation Office Department at Colliers, where she was in charge of supporting and coordinating the leasing strategy for the company’s key accounts. For the two years before that she was employed as Leasing Manager at Metro Properties, where she was responsible for the commercialization of retail space in nine M1 shopping centers across Poland. In addition, Paulina was accountable for commercial-space lease at Centrum Zana for 12 years, during which time she leased approximately 60,000 square meters of office space and coordinated the sale by Centrum Zana of three office buildings to the First Property Poland fund.

According to Yareal Polska, “Paulina’s main area of expertise is strategic consultancy, development of lease models and strategies, negotiating and re-negotiating contracts, as well as marketing consultancy for the real property sector. Her professional experience includes developing and implementing commercialization strategies for buildings under construction and for buildings in use – including coordinating rebranding procedures of office buildings.”

“I am delighted to assume the new role at Yareal Polska,” said Petynka. “It is a great opportunity for me to engage in the commercialization of office and retail spaces in unique, top-notch projects in convenient locations, offering an array of outstanding amenities. I would like to focus on delivering comprehensive solutions that will answer the dynamically changing needs of tenants.”
