Marta Zawadzka Rejoins TriGranit as Head of Leasing and Asset Management

TriGranit has announced that Marta Zawadzka has rejoined the company as Head of Leasing and Asset Management, where she will oversee leasing activities for key projects, including Signum in Warsaw and Bonarka for Business in Krakow, while also supervising leasing strategies across TriGranit’s broader portfolio in Central and Eastern Europe.

“I am thrilled to rejoin TriGranit after nearly a decade and take on the role of Head of Leasing and Asset Management,” said Zawadzka, who has nearly 20 years of experience in the sector. “It’s an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the group’s assets. I’m also delighted to be back in the Warsaw and Kraków office markets, reconnecting with my agent colleagues and industry peers with whom I have collaborated for so many years.”

“We are delighted to welcome Marta back to TriGranit,” commented TriGranit CEO Tomasz Lisiecki. “Her return strengthens our leadership team at a pivotal time as we continue to scale our activities in Poland and across the region. Marta’s deep knowledge of the CEE real estate market and her strategic mindset will be invaluable in driving the leasing success of our flagship projects like Signum and B4B.”

Marta most recently served as Leasing and Asset Management Director at Yareal, where she was responsible for leasing office and retail spaces, including the developer’s flagship office investment in Warsaw, LIXA, and the retail component at SOHO by Yareal. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at Avestus Real Estate, NEINVER, Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, GTC, and TriGranit itself.
