Vienna-based FLE has acquired the Havi Distribution Center from Carroll International Investments.
According to the Allen & Overy Shearman law firm, which advised FLE on the deal, the Havi Distribution Center, located in the Zeran I&L cluster of Warsaw, encompasses 12,800 square meters of gross leasable area and has extensive cold-storage facilities.
