Estonia’s Foodexpert has acquired a cold storage warehouse and logistics property in Tallinn from Capital Mill.
Foodexpert is primarily a meat and meat products wholesaler. Capital Mill, which was founded in 2008, is a real-estate investor in the Baltic States.
The Pohla & Hallmagi law firm advised Foodexpert on the deal.
