The SMH Group, owned by Estonian entrepreneur Martin Saar, has acquired the business of Tallinna Kommunlaateenused.
The SMH Group owns the Krausberg Eesti property-maintenance company, and Tallinna Kommunaalteenused — in English, “Tallinn Municipal Services” — is the largest road-and-landscape-management company in Estonia, providing street maintenance and landscaping services to the City of Tallinn, as well as several other municipalities and private customers.
The Pohla & Hallmagi law firm advised the SMH Group, and the Eversheds Sutherland law firm advised the sellers.
