Generation Park Z Achieves SmartScore Platinum Certification

Generation Park Z has been certified by SmartScore at the Platinum — the highest possible — making it the first in-use office building is Poland to be certified at that level.

According to Deka Immobilien, “this certification confirms that the building meets the world’s highest standards in smart technologies, providing users with the highest levels of comfort, efficiency and sustainable management.”

Generation Park Z, which was acquired by Deka Immobilien in 2020 for the open-ended Deka Immobilien Europa real estate fund, is part of the Generation Park office complex. The 18,000-square-meter building is situated in Warsaw’s rapidly developing business district near Rondo Daszynskiego.

According to Deka Immobilien, Generation Park Z “was was delivered with an operational BIM model, enabling integrated Facility Management on the Dalux platform. Additionally, a tenant platform with mobile access via a building application powered by Sharry, provides users with an intuitive way to manage office space.” In addition, Deka Immobilien reports, the building has continued to invest in innovative technologies over the past year, including a building application upgrade, the implementation of MeteoViva (a smart-data-technology directly linked with the Building Management System to fine-tune HVAC performance), the deployment of WasteTracker (a tool enabling precise measurement, reporting, and reduction of waste, supporting both the building owner and tenants in achieving sustainable development goals), and the establishment of cybersecurity standards.
