NLB Komercijalna Banka Beograd and Banca Intesa Beograd have provided financing for the Airport City East Gate Business Tower 1 project in Belgrade that is being developed by AFI Europe.
According to the ZSP Advokati law firm, which, along with the Dentons and Harneys law firms, advised the lenders, the business tower that will be built with a total investment of approximately EUR 60 million, will introduce 27,000 square meters of premium office space to Belgrade’s commercial landscape.
