CTP Acquires 18-Hectare Site Near Poznan for Business Park

CTP has purchased a 18-hectare site in the Poznan district on which the developer intends to develop its 20th business park in Poland.

The project involves the construction of a warehouse and production complex with a total area of approximately 52,000 square meters of gross leasable area, on which CTP will offer a variety of lease formats. Construction is expected to start in the second half of this year, and CTP expects to deliver the first building in early 2026.

“The planned investment near Poznań will be CTP Poland’s first project in the Wielkopolska region,” said Krzysztof Moryson, Construction Director at CTP Poland. “Over a third of our parks are located in the Warsaw agglomeration region, and we are also active at the western border of the country, in Pomerania or Silesia, among others. However, we are constantly looking for further opportunities to expand and reach new customer groups and markets. The Poznan region is one of the most important business centres in Poland. It is one of the most developed regional economies and its location is an important asset, facilitating access to other parts of Poland and Germany.”

The complex will be built in what is known as a multi-tenant model, allowing tenants from different sectors and with a diverse range of activities – from SME entrepreneurs to global market players – to conduct operations. Diverse types of rental space will also be made available.

“We will build a CTPark near Poznan that will offer a variety of space formats,” said CTP Poland Business Developer Sandra Winiarska. “It will include both big box warehouses, i.e. the so-called CTSpace, and Small Business Units warehouses, which we call CTFlex and CTBox (with areas ranging from as much as approximately 500 square meters to 1,500 square meters of gross leasable area). The mixed-use model has the potential to become a popular solution in the Polish production and warehouse market, responding to the growing demand for diversified space dedicated to both smaller and larger scale operations, but in close proximity to large urban centers.”

CTP has also recently announced the construction of the CTPark Warsaw Janki production and logistics complex, where seven facilities with a total leasable area of more than 45,500 square meters will eventually be built.
