PIK Opens Sale of Apartments in Losinoostrovsky Park Project

On September 14, Russian residential developer PIK announced it has opened the sale of apartments in the first four buildings of its Losinoostrovsky Park project in Moscow.

The project is located in the Metrogorodok area, next to the Rokossovskogo Boulevard metro station and the Losiny Ostrov nature reserve. The total area of the project is 347,000 square meters.

According to the developer, the buildings will be 33 floors tall with houses having “spacious and bright entrances without steps and ramps, with exits facing both to the courtyard and the street. On the ground floors there will be shops, cafes and other goods and services vendors. There will be overground parking lots and individual storage rooms in the underground floors, which can be reached by an elevator. The green courtyard parks will feature places for recreation, modern playgrounds and workout areas. Losinoostrovsky Park will also have two kindergartens and a school of its own.”

Areas of the apartments vary from 20 to 86 square meters. All apartments will be fully finished.
