7R Poland Appoints Agnieszka Imielska as Head of HR

On October 18, 2021, 7R Group appointed Agnieszka Imielska as the company’s new head of the HR department in Poland.

Imielska started her career in banking and finance, supporting the development of new brands on the Polish market, including Raiffeisen Bank and Xelion Dom Inwestycyjny, followed by telecommunications and energy. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.

“Agnieszka will continue to develop the department using her ideas and experience. She is an outstanding specialist with over 20 years of experience in HR, so I am sure she will effectively support 7R in realizing our long-term HR plans which will contribute to the company’s development and performance,” commented Ryszard Gretkowski, 7R Management Board Vice President.

The company has also announced changes in its board makeup. This month, they appointed Bartlomiej Krawiecki to the position of Vice President and Chief Operations Officer (COO), and Lukasz Jachna as head of Capital Markets and board member.
