On January 14, 2022, Skanska announced that it had signed a lease agreement with a multinational company for approximately one-third of Nowy Rynek E office building, located in the central business district of Poznan.
According to Skanska, the building is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2023 and will consist of 15 stories and a total leasable area of around 28,500 square meters. It is expected to receive several certifications: LEED Platinum, WELL Core & Shell, WELL Health & Safety Rating, and Building without Barriers.
The building is part of the broader Nowy Rynek office complex which makes available a total usable space of about 100,000 square meters.
