Savills Appoints Two New Associates in Prague

On September 16, 2021, Savills announced that Matej Baranek and Ondrej Simek had joined the company’s team in Prague.

Baranek was appointed in August as Associate Director of Savills’ Office Agency and Simek joined this month as Associate of Occupier Services.

According to Savills, Baranek has a track record in providing advisory services to corporate occupier clients from various sectors including financial and e-commerce. He spent five years at Knight Frank handling tenant representation and also held the Head of Agency position in the last nine months.

Simek spent more than a decade in the banking industry before moving into the real estate sector, namely at Knight Frank, where he advanced from a junior position to Senior Consultant in the commercial property leasing department.

“I am very pleased to welcome Matej and Ondrej to the team, whom I know well from my previous career,” commented Savills CZ&SK Head of Office Agency Pavel Novak. “Having them on board goes hand in hand with our ultimate goal to have the best people and platform within the sector.”
