Refield Begins Construction on Polish Retail Parks

Refield has begun construction on retail parks in the northern Polish cities of Ciechanow and Bartoszyce following the obtaining of valid building permits.

According to a short statement on the Refield website, “great locations and a complementary mix of tenants are the characteristics of both retail parks.”

Pasaz Ciechanowski offers almost 11,000 square meters of gross leasable area, and already has commitments from the Biedronka supermarket chain, several stores from the CCC group (including CCC, HalfPrice, and Worldbox), and SInsay, among others.

For its part, Pasaz Bartoszycki is a shopping complex offering a total of 15,000 square meters of gross leasable area. The park will host two grocery stores along with drugstores, clothing stores, and a DIY operator.
