Occupancy Permits Granted for Two Buildings at Good Point V in Lubna

Poland’s Real Management S.A. has announced that two of the three buildings under construction at the Good Point V warehouse and production park in Lubna, Poland, have been granted occupancy permits. The entire complex is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025.

According to the Real Management Group, “Good Point V … is a modern warehouse and production park which will ultimately consist of three buildings with a total warehouse area of 30,000 square meters. At the end of July 2024, two buildings (Hall 1 and Hall 4), erected as part of the first stage of this project, received occupancy permits. Hall 1, leased by Dr Irena Eris S.A., one of Poland’s leading cosmetics manufacturers, has recently been put into operation.”

‘Obtaining the occupancy permit for the first stage of the Good Point V warehouse and production park (Hall 1 and Hall 4) is a key phase of the investment,” said Real Management CEO Marcin Malka. “Good Point V is a space created with attention to the highest standards and designed to meet the requirements of even the most demanding tenants. We are pleased that Dr Irena Eris is already using the new space which we have prepared with utmost care and attention. The entire complex is scheduled for completion in Q1 2025. We are very glad that already now, in less than nine months since the construction process began, we can offer our customers modern space for warehouse and manufacturing operations.”
