Legend Hotels has acquired the Courtyard by Marriott Gdynia Waterfront in Poland from Vastint.
SRC advised the buyer on the deal (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on November 27, 2025).
According to SRC, the transaction further strengthens Legend Hotels’ growth strategy and consolidates its position on the Polish hospitality market, as well as in the wider CEE region, by adding a high-profile, internationally branded asset to its portfolio.
