ISOC/Blackrod Obtains Extension of Loan for Argon Office Building in Gdansk

BNP Paribas Bank Polska and other lenders have extended a loan to ISOC/Blackrod to finance the Argon office building in Gdansk, Poland.

According to the Norton Rose law firm, which advised the lenders on the deal, “Argon is a LEED Platinium and WELL Health-Safety certified office building, with a total leasable space of 38,000 square meters. The project was acquired in 2019 by ISOC/Blackrod a part of ISOC Group an international real estate investment arm of ISOC Holdings, represented in Poland by asset manager Augusta Cracovia.”

The KNP Kaminski law firm reportedly advised ISOC/Blackrod.
