Garbe IRE’s Sells Bohemian Manufacturing and Warehouse Complex to Fio

Garbe Industrial Real Estate has sold a manufacturing and warehouse complex in Chomutov, North Bohemia, in the Czech Republic, to the Fio investment company.

According to the Havel & Partners law firm, which advised Garbe on the deal, “the exclusive tenant of the industrial park is Fielmann, a renowned German company specializing in the production of high-end optical glasses.”

The Wilsons law firm advised Fio on the deal.

Fidurock Acquires Sokolska 35 and 37 Buildings in Prague

The buildings are located in the immediate vicinity of Wenceslas Square, the Museum, and I. P. Pavlova and have a current area of 2,157 square meters. According to Fidurock, will undergo complete renovation and conversion from office to residential rental units.
