EfTEN Capital Sells Kaunas Terminal Logistics Complex to PREF IV Fund

EfTEN Capital and its managed Kinnisvarafond II AS fund have sold the 28,737-square-meter Kaunas Terminal logistics complex in Lithuania’s Kaunas Free Economic Zone to the PREF IV fund for EUR 18.2 million.

The PREF IV fund is managed by Prosperus Asset Management.

The Fort Legal law firm advised the sellers, and the Cobalt law firm advised the buyers.
