Catalyst Capital Sells Olympia Olomouc to Redstone

Catalyst Capital has sold the Olympia Olomouc shopping center to the development group Redstone.

When it opened in 2004, Olympia Olomouc was the largest shopping center in the Olomouc Region. It has a total area of over 31,000 square metres and 1,384 parking spaces. In 2015, the center underwent a major renovation. Today, the center hosts around fifty shops, restaurants, and service providers.

Catalyst Capital is an investment and asset management group focused on real estate and alternative real assets. The company specializes in acquiring buildings and land with the aim of enhancing their value through renovation, reconstruction, change of use, restructuring, or new development.

Redstone is a development and investment group.

JSK advised Catalyst Capital on the sale and JKLaw advised Redstone on the deal (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on October 14, 2025).
