Banks Amend and Extend Facility for Czechostowa Shopping Center

Erste Group Bank and Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederiesterreich-Wien have agreed to an amendment and extension of an originally EUR-130-million-term-loan facility provided to GTC Galeria CTWA and intended for the Galerija Jurajska shopping center in Czechostowa, Poland.

Galeria Jurajska is the third shopping and entertainment center built by Globe Trade Centre SA in Poland and the first modern facility of its type in Czestochowa. It opened in October 2009. Its total area is 130,000 square meters, of which 49,000 square maters is retail and entertainment space and houses almost 200 shops, service and catering outlets, and a multiplex Cinema City cinema.

Stores at Galeria Jurajska include H&M, ZARA, TK Maxx, Bershka, Stradivarius, Reserved, House, Cropp and Sinsay, as well as Euro RTV AGD, Jysk, Rossmann, Super Pharm, Douglas, Sephora, Apart, YES, W.Kruk and many others. The food operator of the gallery is Biedronka.
