Asters has successfully defended Riverside Development in multiple disputes related to the New Podil project, developed in partnership with Saga Development and Perfect Group.
According to Asters, the parties reached a settlement under which the plaintiffs moved to dismiss their claims, removing litigation roadblocks and allowing the project to proceed without further deadlock.
The Asters team included Partners Oleg Boichuk and Andriy Pozhidayev, Counsels Viktoriya Demydenko, Viktor Tarasenkov, and Oleg Samsonovych, and Associate Oleksii Sapura.
